This role focuses on providing individualized learning support, counseling, and academic guidance to students who require additional assistance due to learning differences, developmental challenges, or special educational needs. As a Special Educator, you will work closely with students, teachers, and parents to create supportive learning strategies that enable every student to participate actively in classroom activities and reach their developmental milestones. The role requires a strong commitment to inclusive education, patience, and the ability to understand the emotional, social, and academic needs of students requiring specialized support. You will be responsible for identifying learning challenges, designing customized learning plans, and implementing teaching strategies that help students overcome barriers to learning. Counseling will play an important role in helping students build confidence, develop social skills, and improve their emotional well-being. In addition to working directly with students, you will collaborate with classroom teachers and school leadership to ensure that appropriate accommodations and learning interventions are implemented effectively.
