Why Join LifeStar Response? * Supportive, team-focused culture with opportunities for growth * Be part of an organization committed to excellence in patient care and professionalism * Work high-profile events in a dynamic, fast-paced environment What You’ll Do * Provide safe, professional, and compassionate emergency care and patient transport at special events * Cover events such as national men’s and women’s soccer matches, university sporting events, road races (5Ks to full marathons), and event first aid stations * Represent LifeStar Response with outstanding customer service and professionalism * Work collaboratively with a team dedicated to exceeding expectations Requirements * Current State EMT certification (Maryland and DC certifications required upon hire) * Valid driver’s license * Current CPR certification * Background check and child abuse clearance * High school diploma or GED * Strong attendance, punctuality, and professional communication skills * Basic computer skills for timekeeping, scheduling, communication, and charting * Ability to meet physical job demands, including: * Lifting/moving patients (125 lbs. unassisted / 250+ lbs. assisted) * Carrying patients up/down stairs * Using stretchers and stair chairs * Prolonged standing or sitting and frequent movement during event foot patrols Benefits * Option of daily pay through PayActive * 401(k) * Flexible Schedule Ready to Join the Team?
