Ideal candidates will bring:

• Experience in automotive sales, finance, or BDC
• Valid driver’s license (mandatory)
• AMVIC license (mandatory)
• Confidence communicating with credit-challenged customers
• Ability to follow a structured process while managing multiple deals
• Coachability, drive, and a focus on long-term results

• Are currently in auto sales or finance and want to move into a higher-earning role
• Want to sell real volume without chasing walk-ins
• Are excited to work in a dealership that delivers the support and inventory you need to close consistently
  Job Type: Full-time
  Compensation: $107,385 – $211,000+ per year (commission-based with performance incentives)
  Guarantee: 3-month base performance guarantee for qualified hires
  Location: In person, Edmonton and surrounding areas
