POSITION OVERVIEW

  • Train and assess learners attending SNA level 6 courses
  • Essential Job functions
  • To cover training for QQI (FETAC) Programmes
  • Communicate effectively with students in the class to enable knowledge and skills transfer
  • Correspondence with students and colleagues to smoothen work processes
  • Team player
  • Report writing
  • To handle confidential information

  • SNA qualification / QQI standards
  • A background in tutoring/5 years experience in SNA or teaching experience / Occupational Therapy / Child Psychology with reputable organisation
  • Verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word & PowerPoint
  • Aptitude for multidisciplinary approaches
  • Full driving license, own transport an advantage
  • Energetic, hard working, patient
  • Attentive, caring, observant
  • Compassionate with bubbly personality
  • Accountable and reliable
