IN-HOME CHILDCARE PROVIDER – $17.50 TO $20.50/HR + $2/HR FOR EACH ADDITIONAL SIBLING

Pay: $17.50–$20.50 per hour
Bonus: Additional $2 per hour for each additional sibling cared for
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4 to 8-hour shifts between 7:00 am – 7:00 pm

We’re seeking compassionate and reliable in-home childcare providers to support families and essential workers in your local community. This role is perfect for individuals who genuinely enjoy working with children and are looking for a fulfilling, hands-on opportunity.

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise and care for children aged 6 months to 12+ years in their homes
• Create engaging, age-appropriate activities
• Maintain a safe, clean, and positive environment
• Support families through consistent, professional communication
• Adapt care strategies based on individual needs, including special needs care (if applicable)

Who We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of childcare experience (paid or unpaid) with children ages 6 months to 12+ years
• Experience with special needs is a plus
• Able to provide 3 references (2 related to childcare and 1 character reference)
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19
• CPR certified or willing to get certified (reimbursement provided)
• Has a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license
• Comfortable disconnecting from phones/devices while working
• Available for weekday shifts between 7 am and 7 pm

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift up to 35 pounds safely
• Able to sit, stand, bend, squat, and move quickly throughout the day
• Willing and able to play actively with children indoors and outdoors
• Can respond to emergencies calmly and effectively

Work Environment:

• Fun, active, and child-centered home settings
• Some light household clean-up may be included
• Outdoor play is encouraged when weather permits
