Job Title: One-to-One Special Needs Support Coach (Part-Time, Weekdays)
Location: Central Singapore
Commitment: 4–6 hours per day, 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)

OVERVIEW:

We are looking for someone to provide one-on-one support and care to a young child with developmental needs. The role is intended to offer consistent guidance in a home-based setting, combining structured learning with day-to-day developmental support.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & QUALITIES:

• Prior experience or a strong interest in working with children with ADHD, sensory sensitivities, or other developmental needs
• Certification or training in special needs or early childhood education is a plus
• Calm, observant, and dependable personality
• Flexible and adaptable to the child’s evolving needs

THIS ROLE MAY BE SUITED TO:

• Relief teachers who are open to supporting a child with special needs on a more individual basis
• Individuals with relevant certification or experience in special needs education
• Students or recent graduates seeking an internship-like opportunity in this field

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan and carry out a daily routine tailored to the child’s cognitive and behavioural needs
• Implement strategies provided by the child’s special needs intervention psychiatrist
• Support the child during play, learning, and outdoor activities (e.g. park visits, educational outings)
• Provide regular updates and observations to the family
