SPECIAL NEEDS SUPPORT WORKER

A young lady in Colby, WI, is seeking a Special Needs Support Worker to come into her home to provide direct care and respite for her mom

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience working with special needs individuals and seizure disorders
  • Strong communication skills
  • The ability to engage with the member and be responsive to her needs
  • Must be dependable and have reliable transportation to get to and from the job
    Schedule: Monday-Thursday 12:00 pm-3:00 pm NO WEEKENDS!

Responsibilities
  • Monitor Member for seizure activity/ changes in condition
  • Provide a safe environment for the member to engage in activities
  • Incontinence care
  • Medication administration
  • Assist with feeding meals/snacks
    Wage: $16.80 per hour
    This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced caregiver or someone new to the field.
