Responsibilities

A forward thinking and supportive SEN school near areas like Lozells & East Handsworth, Handsworth and Aston and is looking for a full-time SEN Teacher to join their expert team on a long term basis. The school has been described to be very supportive of its staff and provides a lot of assistance and support day-to-day. They are looking for a passionate and nurturing teacher who will lead an engaged and flexible team, supporting children with a wide range of needs across all ages.
The role would be leading small classes of ages 3-19 with full planning, assessing and marking expectations. The school offers a curriculum and wrap around support for pupils that is bespoke to their needs and abilities. What’s paramount to them is that the successful candidate is willing to work closely with parents and carers and regularly liaise with them over the progress that is being made in class.
