Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Executive Strategy Officer to partner closely with the CEO and CFO in driving the strategic growth and operational excellence of our fast-growing coworking space company. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in high-energy, agile environments and is passionate about reshaping how people work and collaborate.
As an Executive Strategy Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the company remains innovative, competitive, and responsive to the evolving needs of businesses and professionals seeking flexible office solutions.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in consultancy background, corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, or real estate investment.
• Decent understanding of the office real estate market dynamics, including knowledge of leasing structures, property valuation methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong financial acumen, with the ability to analyze complex financial data, develop financial models, and evaluate investment opportunities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of developing and implementing actionable plans to achieve corporate growth objectives.
• Adaptability and flexibility to navigate ambiguity and embrace change in a dynamic startup environment.
