We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Lead Project Manager to join our team supporting the sustainment efforts for various Special Operations Forces (SOF) commands. As a Lead Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects for C5ISR sustainment efforts, working closely with SOF commands to maintain, repair, and modernize C5ISR equipment, including Next Generation Tactical Radios and auxiliary equipment. Responsibilities: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery Coordinate and communicate with SOF commands, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project requirements are met Utilize knowledge of specialized L3Harris family of Falcon radios and understanding of communication systems using all frequency bands Travel required, including CONUS travel and potentially to OCONUS locations Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget, to ensure project goals are achieved Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop and implement risk management plans Develop and maintain relationships with SOF commands and stakeholders to ensure continued support and collaboration What We Offer: A stable and growing program with opportunities for professional growth and development A motivated and experienced team supporting various SOF commands This position is located in Chesapeake, VA. Required Education, Experience, & Skills At least 3 years of experience working with L3Harris Falcon family of radios At least 3 years of experience working with Special Operations Forces Bachelor’s degree in business or technical field (if degree is in business, then a technical minor or military experience in a technical rating or MOS is also needed) and at least 7 years of related experience OR Associate degree and at least 9 years of related experience At least 5 years of project management experience Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office or M365 suite of applications Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Experience working with SOF commands or similar organizations Knowledge of C5ISR systems and sustainment processes Experience managing and conducting large scale maintenance efforts Experience with Agile project management methodologies Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $105254 - $178931 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
