Description Tactical Revolution is seeking experienced Special Operations Forces (SOF) Role Players to support advanced military and interagency training exercises. SOF Role Players enhance the realism, effectiveness, and operational value of training by accurately portraying individuals, behaviors, and environments encountered during real-world missions. DETAILS: Contract Contingent Position DATES: 17 - 22 NOV 2025 TEAM SIZE: 38 x SOF RPs PAY RATE: $250 - $350 per day - Experience Dependent SOF Role Player Criteria - Role Players will be required to comply with the following criteria: Portray realistic operational, civilian, or opposing force (OPFOR) roles during live training scenarios. Replicate real-world conditions and interactions encountered by SOF personnel in combat, contingency, and low-visibility environments. Execute scripted and dynamic scenarios in coordination with exercise control (EXCON) and training cadre. Engage with students in complex environments that test decision-making, communication, and tactical execution. Demonstrate understanding of small-unit tactics, mission planning, CQC/CQB, and special operations mission sets. Maintain professionalism, safety awareness, and OPSEC compliance at all times. Participate in role briefings, rehearsals, and after-action reviews (AARs) to enhance scenario realism and training outcomes. Adapt to rapidly changing conditions and provide on-the-ground flexibility to meet evolving training objectives. Requirements Be 18 years or older. Be a US Citizen and can provide proof. Have a valid driver's license. Special Operations Experience ASOT Level II
