SPECIAL ORDER PROCESSOR - APPLIANCES

RC Willey is looking for a detail-oriented Special Order Processor to support with appliance purchases. In this role, you’ll create purchase orders, generate SKUs, and collaborate with vendors, buyers, and sales teams to ensure seamless order processing.

• Proficiency in handling cash and processing credit card payments.
• Basic computer literacy and accurate typing skills.
• Ability to multitask, maintain attention to detail, and complete tasks thoroughly.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and proactive work ethic.

• Create and manage purchase and special orders for RC Willey vendors.
• Generate and maintain accurate product SKUs.
• Support the purchasing department with essential clerical tasks.
• Resolve purchase order issues with buyers and accounts payable.
• Partner with Inventory Analysts to optimize order management.
• Coordinate orders with receiving, traffic, and delivery teams.
• Communicate order status with factories, sales representatives, and customers.
• All other duties as assigned
