Description Director of Project Management: The Director of Project Management will lead and oversee all project management activities within our Emergency Response division. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects, while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction and adherence to safety and regulatory standards. Director of Project Management Job Duties: Provide leadership and guidance to the project management team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Identify and mitigate project risks and opportunities, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Contribute to the development and implementation of emergency response protocols and procedures. Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of all projects, with a strong emphasis on emergency response situations. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required environmental standards. Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports. Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on project-related matters. Ensure effective communication and collaboration with clients throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure compliance with all applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Performs other job-related duties as assigned. Competencies: Relationship Management & Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Execution: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Business Acumen: Ability to understand and apply business principles in a strategic and effective manner. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field. Experience can be substituted for education. 10+ years of experience managing people and projects for industrial services and emergency response, or a related industry. Proven track record of exceeding goals and revenue budgets through operational excellence. Experience in customer relationship management. Travel requirements of 50% or more.
