About the role We’re hiring a Special Projects Associate to support the CEO on a mix of daily leverage, coordination, and high-priority business projects. This is a junior, high-exposure generalist role for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and excited to work closely with company leadership in a fast-moving startup environment. This role combines administrative support with operational and special project work. You’ll help make the CEO more effective by keeping priorities moving, managing coordination, and taking ownership of selected workstreams across the business. Practicalities Location: Helsinki Working mode: Hybrid (with up to 4 days of office presence) Start date: As soon as possible Employment type: Full-time and permanent Your responsibilities Support the CEO and Chief of Staff on high-priority cross-functional projects Manage the CEO’s calendar, inbox, travel, and day-to-day logistics, including traveling with the CEO as needed Support CEO email management, including drafting replies, and helping ensure timely follow-up Help prepare the CEO for internal and external meetings through briefs, notes, and materials Conduct research, analysis, and synthesis to support decision-making Help drive follow-through on internal initiatives and action items Take ownership of discrete special projects across operations, hiring, go-to-market, or other business areas as needed Your key competencies At least 1 year of experience in a startup, operations, business support, consulting, investing, or similar high-performance environment Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail Clear written and verbal communication in English High reliability, discretion, and good judgment Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay calm in a fast-moving environment Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude Comfort handling both administrative tasks and project-based work Eagerness to learn quickly and take ownership Success criteria for this role in the next 6-12 months How the process looks like What's next Apply sooner than later.
