We are seeking a Special Projects Manager to work directly with the Executive Team on a wide variety of projects critical to our business. This is a highly versatile role for someone who enjoys taking on challenges, whether big or small, with a can-do attitude, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for getting things done.
POSITION SUMMARY:
As the Special Projects Manager, you will be responsible for driving progress on a variety of projects across different areas of the company. From sourcing data providers to managing outsourced software development teams or conducting research, you’ll bring organization, energy, and insight to every task. No job is too big or too small, and you’ll play a key role in ensuring our strategic initiatives are executed successfully.
Additionally, you may have the opportunity to contribute to the launch of a new mobile app, supporting tasks such as coordinating teams, tracking deliverables, and aligning development milestones with strategic goals. While this is not a guaranteed focus of the role, candidates with relevant experience in app development and product launches will bring added value to our team.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, or a similar role.
- Experience with software development projects and technical teams is a strong asset.
- Exposure to product launches, especially mobile apps, is a bonus but not required.
Skills:
- Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with a high level of energy and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in project management tools.
- Experience with compliance regulations and privacy is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine product specifications including collecting insights from stakeholders, clients, and market trends to shape product strategy.
- Coordinate outsourced software development teams, track deliverables, and ensure projects are completed on time and to quality standards.
- Identify and evaluate data providers and strategic partners, negotiate agreements, and manage ongoing relationships.
- Support the Executive Team in advancing company priorities, preparing reports, presentations, and tracking competitive activity to provide actionable insights.
- (If applicable) Assist with the launch of a new mobile app, ensuring timelines, resources, and deliverables are well-aligned.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support the overall business objectives.
