This full-time position offers excellent opportunities for professional development, exposure to diverse projects, and long-term career growth within our organization. ---------------------------------------- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Act as a liaison between Sales, Technical Services, and the Special Projects team to ensure alignment and efficient workflow. * Coordinate the transition of qualifying opportunities from Estimating to the Special Projects team. * Support branch locations by scheduling tender activity when local capacity challenges arise, ensuring projects receive proper coverage. * Work closely with the Special Projects team to ensure accurate and timely Salesforce updates, including reporting metrics and opportunity tracking. * Maintain accountability for activities related to Special Projects workflows and ensure processes are followed consistently. * Manage Salesforce updates, reporting dashboards, and CRM administration support. * Collaborate with the Continuous Improvement and Procurement teams to support operational initiatives such as pricing programs and service & maintenance agreement platforms. ---------------------------------------- QUALIFICATIONS * 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, administration, operations support, CRM support, or a similar role in a fast-paced environment. * Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations Management, or a related field. * Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), including data entry, record maintenance, and reporting. * Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across departments. * High attention to detail and data accuracy, especially when managing CRM records and documentation. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team while adapting to changing priorities. * Positive attitude and strong problem-solving mindset. ---------------------------------------- WHAT WE OFFER * Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including extended health and dental coverage. * Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP). * RRSP matching program to support long-term financial planning. * Flexible work arrangements that promote work-life balance. * Opportunities for professional development and career advancement, supported by internal training and education programs
