Entry to that tier is never given-it’s earned. The Special Projects Team (SPT) is the proving ground where future legends learn to write their own check. Here, you’ll master our proven process on portfolios that are challenging enough to sharpen your skills, yet structured to accelerate your learning. Once you’ve demonstrated you can apply our method with precision, you’ll advance to handling paper that - while more liquidable - can only be maximized by a collector who truly knows our process inside and out. That’s when your earnings potential becomes limited only by your ability.

As an SPT Collector, you will play a pivotal role in our talent development pipeline. You will
leverage cutting‑edge tools, veteran coaching, and your own grit to clear quotas that escalate every 30 days - demonstrating readiness for advancement into our core J&L Team.
