Description Responsibilities: Professionally communicate with coworkers, vendors, and residents Must possess a positive attitude and a desire to lead by example Be able to work both independently and as a member of a small team (3–4 members) Must be organized, reliable, and able to prioritize daily tasks Identify and report to management any issues involving the property, employees, or residents Work collaboratively as part of a team to complete a wide range of special projects across multiple communities Complete small renovation and improvement projects as assigned, such as: Painting building exteriors and common area hallways Installing hallway and emergency lighting Cleaning out and preparing vacant units (“trash-outs”) Completing community enhancement projects beyond routine work orders and unit turns Operate and maintain equipment and tools safely and effectively Ensure all work is completed in a quality, timely, and professional manner Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and storage spaces Travel between properties as needed to complete assigned projects Work overtime when required to meet deadlines or complete time-sensitive tasks Lifting up to 50 lbs. and climbing ladders to various heights is required May be asked to assist Supervisor/Manager/Area Director with other tasks and duties related to community operations Benefits: Competitive wages within the industry.
