For this challenging and learningful role, you will support the Special Sales team in the following activities:

  • Support Activities for Optimal 360° Customer Management (both pre-meeting and post-meeting), such as: management of contract signing and related archiving; CCP alignment; management of certifications and materials accompanying the vehicle/object sold.
  • Support Activities for Improved Delivery Planning/Activities and Monthly/Quarterly Financial Closure, such as: support for financial and logistical planning, including the creation of Business Partners; management of proforma and invoices, payments, organization of transport and customs, vehicle and warehouse tracking.
  • XX Pre-Owned - Support Activities in the Management of Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales, including: organization of the vehicle sales sheet; monitoring ongoing operations; evaluation of market performance with regards to the racing customers in their area to identify incentivization actions.
