E&M Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking a Special Security Representative to join our team at Camp Lejeune, NC to support Intelligence and Security Services and Support (IS3). IS3 provides its strategic partners a full spectrum of services to support; intelligence and security training including exercise and deployment support, individual and collective training development and delivery, operations and security services including enterprise intelligence operations requiring multiple intelligence discipline expertise, engineering support to include technical insertion Modeling and Simulation (M&S) and prototype integration, life-cycle logistics for equipment readiness support to support soldiers and equipment, as well as ancillary IT products and services to increase the Intelligence Warfighting Function (IWF) readiness. Job Responsibilities: Provide ongoing organizational analysis and technical support for Marine Corps, DON, and DOW security policies and procedures. Advise on a full range of administrative support services, including the interpretation and application of information, personnel, physical and industrial security requirements based on applicable policies and procedures. Support the control and maintenance of relevant databases such as DISS, managing facilities access control functions, and accounting, handling, storing, destroying, and managing classified materials in compliance with established security directives. Interpret security policy regarding the processing, dissemination, and control of classified materials, prepare and conduct collateral indoctrinations, set up required media support equipment, and verify clearance eligibility prior to indoctrinations. Additional duties include requirements analysis and implementation of administrative support functions to support the overall security management office, accountability and verification or personnel and information security requirements, processing foreign travel documents, and serving as a security liaison with other security management personnel within the DOW organization to develop solutions for internal and external requirements. The role demands the ability to read, understand, and apply government regulations, policies, and procedures, including DOW, DON and Marine Corps directives and manuals, NISPOM 32 CFR Part 117. Requirements Minimum Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in SCI or compartmented program support 2+ years of experience with SAP and STO programs Experience working with Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs) and Federal security directives Knowledge of government personnel databases, such as JPAS, Scattered Castles, SIMS, E-Qip, ACCS, and DISS Ability to multitask efforts without sacrificing quality work products Ability to provide security support to multiple programs HS diploma or GED Currently possess a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Secret clearance at the appropriate level.
