We are currently seeking a skilled, positive, and professional Marketing Specialist to create video content, manage ad campaigns, and run our various social media channels. Requirements This position requires a valid driver license and insurable driving record. Driving is required between locations Blaine to Arlington Schedule: 32-40hrs per week Pay Rate: $28 - $30 per hour Friday- Monday- 8-10 hours shifts, 5pm-3am with potential for overtime on Saturday and Sundays. Expected duties Stripping & waxing, buffing floors, grout cleaning, burnishing of floors, carpet cleaning, etc. Assist management in the daily operation of specific contract services delivered to customers in a timely and quality manner. Orientate in the safe and proper operation of equipment and floor care processes as necessary. Assist with job training for staff. Conduct quality checks inspections as directed by Management. Physically perform all related duties of floor care in accordance with company policies and/or manufacturer’s recommended maintenance requirements. Perform preventative maintenance and minor repair of equipment as necessary. Maintain cleanliness of equipment and ensure it functions properly. Promptly report worn and broken equipment to supervisor. Responsible for keys, combinations, and equipment and/or asset control. Responsible for securing building when work is complete. Assist with establishing and maintaining a positive relationship with customers. Respond to customer complaints. Project recording and ticket processing Job Qualifications Must have a minimum of 5 years floor care experience with ability to trouble shoot and correct any issues. Self management with little supervision Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and reliable transportation Effective communication skills. Ability to work independently as needed to support the group effort. Must have the ability to lead others in the field as well as train staff on proper cleaning techniques. Must be able to pass company background check screening and city government requirements Must be physically able to perform general tasks. Must be able to interact appropriately with customers and employees. Physical Requirements Balancing: Maintaining body equilibrium to prevent falling. Mobility and flexibility and ability to climb ladders. Stooping: Bending body downward and forward by bending spine at the waist. Kneeling: Bending legs at knee to come to a rest on knee or knees.
