FACTORY MODULAR UNIT PRODUCTION LINES:

· Ensure smooth operations over the complete production line.
· Ensure all quality standards are met.
· Ensure that the production is cost effective by minimizing wastage.
· Ensure that the production is always on schedule.
· Suggest, build and maintain production jigs to increase production staff efficiency.
· Maintain and fix production equipment and vehicles.
· Weld modular units. Must have knowledge of Mig welding (Flux Wire)
· Plumb modular units and complete any other specific jobs.
· Carpentry of all extras required in modular units.
· Electrical of all extras required in modular units.
· Training new staff.
· Supervise and motivate all workers.
· Assist in the production of modular units if necessary.

Responsibilities

· Record keeping of staff attendance and overtime.
· Picking up and dropping off staff.
· Managing employees and delegating tasks to meet deadlines.
· Performing regular inspections of the site.
· Identifying potential safety hazards and managing them accordingly.
· Ensuring all personnel comply with health and safety practices, such as wearing the appropriate protective equipment.
· Checking work techniques are correct and safe.
· Managing orders and deliveries of materials.
· Assisting project managers with planning work activities.
· Completing site reports and other records.
· Performing fortnightly stock take.
· Attending site management meetings.
