JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for skilled and detail-oriented Special Wall Finish Applicators with strong hands-on experience in decorative surface finishes. The role requires expertise in applying various specialized wall finishes, including texture paint, microcement, Marmorino, Venetian plaster, stucco, and other decorative coatings. The ideal candidate should have excellent craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality finishes as per design and project requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven hands-on experience in special decorative finishes.
• Strong knowledge of materials, techniques, and tools used in wall finishing.
• Ability to create both modern and classic decorative effects.
• Good eye for detail, precision, and surface finishing.
• Physically fit to handle site conditions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of English for site communication (preferred).

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience in high-end residential, hospitality, or commercial projects.
• Creativity in surface design and finish customization.
• Knowledge of surface protection and maintenance techniques.

• Prepare and treat wall and ceiling surfaces for application (cleaning, sanding, priming, leveling).
• Apply decorative finishes such as texture paint, microcement, Marmorino, Venetian plaster, stucco, and other special coatings.
• Ensure smooth and consistent finish according to project specifications and mock-up approvals.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace in proper condition.
• Follow health, safety, and quality standards on-site.
• Collaborate with site supervisors, designers, and project managers to achieve client expectations.
• Repair, retouch, or refinish surfaces where necessary.
