HammondCare Home Care is currently looking for Carers to join our team in Melbourne for North - West and South - East Melbourne suburbs on a Part-time and casual basis. The successful applicant for North - West team will be caring for clients living in suburb Moonee ponds, Fawkner, Sunshine, Preston, Kings Park, Derrimut, Essendon, Glenroy etc. South - East team will be caring for clients living in suburbs Box Hill, Forest Hill, Balwyn, Burwood, Wheelers Hill, Rowville, Clayton South, Noble Park, Mount Waverley, Glen Waverley etc. About the role You'll provide essential, practical care for older people, supporting them to live independently in their own homes and genuinely improving their quality of life. This includes not only day-to-day care but also building meaningful relationships and offering companionship. The role requires travel to clients’ homes using your own car (you'll be paid $0.99 per km plus paid travel time). Third Party Property Insurance) ideally, you'll have a Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support.
