QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION:

Master’s degree in finance/economics/accounting/management/engineering (or similar); CFA a plus

Eperience / Knowledge:

  • 2-5 years of relevant Project & Structured Finance eperience (Telecom-Media-Technology related field eperience will be considered a plus)
Responsibilities
  • Preparing and efficiently processing of credit approval packages, including reviewing due diligence;
  • Analysis of different transaction structures and providing recommendations;
  • Preparing business comparables and analysis of debt structures, performance metrics and debt pricing;
  • Support to Sector Relationship Managers in preparing internal commercial approval memos,;
  • Developing/reviewing project finance debt models, running financial models with sensitivity analysis and validation of key assumptions;
  • Running internal models including risk ratings and loan pricing, and interfacing with risk management to establish the appropriate internal risk rating;
  • Interfacing with loan operations, treasury and the lending center of ecellence units to verify limit availability, and compliance with internal policies;
  • Preparation of marketing materials and lending analytics for clients;
  • Assisting with term sheet negotiations and with reviewing legal documentation and validating key terms & conditions;
  • Attending meetings and calls with customers including transaction-related due diligence;
  • Responsibility for deal closing including final CPs and obtaining the final loan documents, and support to drawdowns and closing mechanics in cooperation with back office colleagues;
  • Ensuring a consistent level of quality and policy compliance through training and development activities;
  • Staying current on organizational operating policies and procedures (i.e. Risk, Legal, etc.);
  • Working with and mentor Analysts and Interns by supporting them in their personal and professional development as lending professionals.
