Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities * Data analysis * Report-making * Automation implementation * Maintain confidentiality of all company production-related information * Report high-risk quality events based on data analysis to the supervisor * Report unsafe behaviors or process deviation to the supervisor * Escalate to higher management if direct supervisor makes mistakes without corrective actions * Provide factual, data-supported feedback to management. * Proactively resolve issues within assigned authority * Provide improvement suggestions Education & Experience * Bachelor degree, prefer in data analysis, statistics, mathematics, computer science, information technology or related fields * No prior working experience required * 1+ years of experience in similar role at international manufacturing company is a plus Skills * Strong analytical and logical thinking * Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (Advance Excel, Minitab, Power BI, Advance Power Point) * Power BI dashboard design and data modeling * VBA or automation scripting is a strong advantage * Good communication and teamwork * Accurate in performing tasks * Ability to work independently and proactively * Ability to communicate and work in English * Chinese communication is a plus. * Familiar with SAP ME, ERP, Oracle system is a plus. * Ability to handle workload pressure with a structured, analytical approach. * Readiness for change and continuous improvement mindset.
