Job Description We are seeking a Specialist 2, Customer Operations • Revenue to join our dynamic team in Shanghai, China. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing revenue streams while ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with a customer-centric approach to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction. Manage customer purchase orders (PO), backlog, shipments, and return material authorization (RMA) requests on a daily basis. Conduct regular backlog misalignment analysis and coordinate supply to meet customer request dates dock date (CRD). Monitor and resolve daily exception reports, including timely hold releases and follow-ups with EXW customers to ensure prompt pickups. Collaborate with supply and execution teams to manage customer pull-in and push-out requests. Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues effectively, providing timely and appropriate solutions to maintain high customer satisfaction. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure monthly linearity in order booking and shipments, supporting the business unit’s (BU) monthly linearity targets. Monitor supply and shipment risks to prevent revenue loss near quarter-end, and support internal audit processes for revenue recognition. Work closely with teams across BU, Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, and Quality Assurance to optimize the Order-to-Cash process. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field 1-2 years of experience in customer operations or revenue management Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets Advanced skills in data analysis and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Strong team player and with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is required, Korean language proficiency is a plus.
