Primary Duties & Responsibilities - Work closely with planning, Procurement and Production to ensure materials, consumables, spare parts and machinery are in-line with the needs - Submit C/O or other license related to import export process. - Be regularly updated and clearly understanding any new circulars/information related to Customs matters. - Submit relevant reports to Ministry of Trade and Commerce, Customs or other related government office timely. - Ensure shipping docs compliance with Customs regulation - Work with forwarders to ensure that all inbound and outbound shipments are done efficiently with cost-effective. - Cooperate with other sections to meet customers’ satisfaction. Education & Experience • Bachelor’s degree, a major related to trading, logistics is a plus • Minimum 2+ yr. experience in import/export operation. Skills * In-depth knowledge of import/export regulations and compliance requirements * Demonstrated ability to achieve results independently or working with others. * Numeric, have effective oral and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese and good interpersonal skills. Working Conditions * Works in standard office/manufacturing environment Physical Requirements * Ability to use a computer, keyboard, mouse and office equipment.
