BASIC FUNCTION OF THE JOB This position will be responsible for governing payroll and benefits operations in Vietnam, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and employee satisfaction while payroll processing is centralized and managed by the Regional Finance team. This role acts as the key local owner, coordinator, and compliance expert for payroll and benefits related matters. Education & Experience * Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, English, Law, Accounting, etc, preferably in HR Management and Law * 2+ years of professional working experience with Payroll/SHUI/C&B function in a medium-sized company Skills * Skilled at payroll processing, in both MS Excel and other ERP systems is a plus. * High proficiency in Vietnamese * Able to use English for work with an intermediate level. * Prior meaningful experience working with external stakeholder of Government.  * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and maturity when managing / liaising related issues. Strong stakeholder management capabilities.  * Good understanding of HR process in Payroll and other compensation and benefits administration. * Ability to excel in a cross-organizational, cross-cultural, global-team environment. * Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and the ability to comprehend and communicate at multiple levels within and outside the organization. * Excellent in MS Office, especially Excel.
