Develop and train lean manufacturing leads in various department Plan and implement lean manufacturing in organization. Create lean activities timeline, execution and effectiveness of lean manufacturing Resposible to meet all required KPI based on lean implementation. Qualifications REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Industrial, Production Engineering or any related fields. Minimum 5- 10 years’ experience in EMS or electronics and related field. Ability to work cross functionally to accomplish objectives Possess strong communication skills & project management acumen. Basic lean manufacturing knowledge from any manufacturing/semicon industries. PREFERRED: Experienced on Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 6 Sigma (green belt). Good analytical skills, positive personality and takes initiative Proactive in teamwork and independent work Hands on experience in managing and implementing lean manufacturing/semicon in any organization.
