Job Description Serve as the primary point of contact for our top vendors, fostering strong relationships to ensure successful partnerships between foodpanda and restaurant owners. Identify and troubleshoot problem areas, proactively addressing issues to enhance loyalty and collaboration. Renegotiate commission and exclusivity agreements with vendors to support the revenue stream and maximize profitability. Coordinate with vendors to secure monthly deals and promotions, driving customer engagement and increasing sales. Contact restaurants with high fail rates to investigate the reasons behind the failures and provide assistance to reduce these rates. Collaborate with various departments to improve vendor performance and resolve operational challenges. Coordinate and actively participate in offline events to promote foodpanda's brand and strengthen relationships with vendors and customers. Provide operational and administrative support to ensure smooth business operations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or other related field. Proficiency in English and Chinese, both written and spoken Strong analytical skills with structured problem-solver ability (experience with CRM tool is a plus) Prior experience in cold calling / sales / support sales are a plus Independent, hardworking and confident self-starter Maintains a good attitude and positive behavior, manages time effectively, and stays focused on achieving results. Willingness and ability to travel and relocate as necessary for the role is required.
