Tu Rol: Como Specialist ACS OTC tu rol será de: The purpose of this role is to enhance organizational effectiveness by managing and enhancing the internal compliance based on the Internal Control System (ICS) for the ACS OTC process. The role will serve as the main contact point for both internal and external audits in the OTC area, collaborating closely with all stakeholders, conduct daily and monthly reviews to monitor process quality and present results to the ACS OTC management, oversee month end close SAP journals and revenue reconciliation, daily, weekly and monthly OTC reporting and perform special billing for USPS (Kalitta), global and regional incentive calculation and set up of exchange rates in the billing system
Key Accountabilities
- Perform daily & weekly billing and month end closing tracking and overview at close of business and overview of revenue for the week.
- Perform daily collections tracing reconciliation - impact on cashflow actual vs forecast. Calculate and submit monthly CFF for both OTC
- Perform routine audits of processes and data to ensure compliance with CRISP and identify areas for enhancement. Gather evidence and perform the CRISP annual self assessment.
- Accountable for internal and external audit evidence gathering and serving as main contact point with auditors to ensure a smooth and effective audit process.
• Responsible for all system administration. Ensure efficient management of user accounts, permissions and access rights to ACS OTC systems and tools which include the billing system & invoice distribution system. • Perform special billing globally for USPS (Kalitta).
- Update on monthly basis the global exchange rates in the billing system.
- Perform the accounting activities relevant to month end close: journals, accruals, revenue reconciliation between billing system and ERP, etc.
- Prepare and distribute the global monthly aging, DSO and bad debt review reports.
- Prepare and distribute the global monthly adjustment analysis report & Prepare tax/vat filing from ACS billing activities e.g. US sales tax report.
- Calculation of regional and global incentives agreements.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Expected years of experience (Minimum): 3-5 years professional experience in audit.
- Educational Qualifications: University degree in Finance/Accounting, accounting qualification (CPA) or equivalent
- Accounting qualification required.
- Knowledge of the reporting systems of DPDHL (CREST; Express TM1; SAP; Cognos) will be under consideration, but it is not mandatory requirement
• Good financial acumen and very strong analytical skills • Ability to work under time pressure, short deadlines, high quality standards and various tasks at the same time.
- Ability to work independently but still form part of the team and support colleagues
- Good presentation skills, good negotiating and influencing skills
- Good social skills, work in an international environment
- Positive can do mentality, always looking for improvements, Pragmatic approach
- Ability to identify trends, anomalies, and insights from large datasets.
- Ability to present complex information in a clear & impactful way
- Advanced skills in ERP systems (SAP preferred).
PC-Skills: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office; Advanced Expert in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
- LANGUAGE: Fluent English & Spanish. German is a plus.
