The Opportunity
We are seeking a Specialist Agribusiness Valuer to join our Regional North Queensland team. This is a rare opportunity to work with a diverse client base across a range of rural and agribusiness assets – from large-scale cattle stations and sugar cane farms, to water entitlements and mixed farming enterprises.
The role offers a compelling mix of professional autonomy, lifestyle balance, and career development – ideal for a qualified valuer ready to step into a role of real impact in one of Australia’s most dynamic agricultural regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare formal valuation reports for agribusiness and rural property assets
  • Undertake inspections across a broad geographical area
  • Liaise with banks, corporates, legal advisors, and private landholders
  • Contribute to client relationships and business development in the region
  • Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory requirements, and industry standards

What We’re Looking For

  • Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) status with the Australian Property Institute
  • Experience in agribusiness, rural, or commercial valuation
  • Strong analytical and written communication skills
  • A genuine interest in agriculture and regional property markets
  • Ability to travel regularly within the region
  • Alignment with our values of integrity, professionalism, and service

What We Offer
