JOB PURPOSE    Jobholder will be an integral part of supporting mobility operations with a focus on delivering efficiency and consistency in guest experience in line with the operational requirements. The jobholder will be responsible of the Operational system that is used for the recording Guest transfers and reconciling the transfers on a daily basis. The jobholder will be responsible of representing Mobility in Airport Control Center and be the focal point for communication between different stakeholders to overseeing the movement of guests/staff.The role consists of managing and coordinating fleet availability with the aim to meet the required demand and deliver a positive and seamless guest experience;    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES     Planning Responsible for planning the Airport transfer and sharing the plan with Airport Stakeholders i.e. Airside transfers, Arrival & Departures. Responsible for Administration of GACA Airport Permits & Airport Driving permits for Mobility staff.   Operations Represent Land & Marine in Airport Operations Control Center on a 24/7 basis; Collaborate with TOCC, AOCC and external stakeholders for exception management in Airport for Guest and Executive Staff Transfer bookings i.e. Report incidents, vehicle mishaps, complaints and ensure continuous follow through action for Guest transfer service recovery Monitor the Airport transfers for on-time performance, share the updates on ETA with relevant Airport Stakeholders for better Guest experience. Coordinate, supervise and report upon the activities of the team providing effective communication. Comply with service standards, regulatory requirements and policies. Responsible for reporting the Mobility transfer plan , resource deployment and exception on a daily basis. Responsible for reporting the next 7 days weekly transfer plan with all stakeholders Responsible for preparing business requirements to improve operational efficiency of the system Meet & Greet VIP Guests and provide them update on their journey, assist with luggage and allocate them the suitable vehicle. Responsible for participating in the ORAT, Systems testing and go live. Identify potential risks, issues, challenges and report them to management. Undertake other tasks and assignments related to the job and as assigned.   Accounting Responsible for reconciliation of Mobility transfers i.e. cost, group size, remove duplication and send approval for valid transfers to billing.     JOB REQUIREMENTS    Qualification and Experience  Bachelor’s degree At least 5 years experience within the GCC is preferable Experience in the Airport or Transportation industry at minimum supervisory level is preferable Excellent verbal and written communication in English (Arabic is an advantage) Technology savy with good command over MS Office Suit.   Skills Data analysis Excellent customer service skills High energy and passion for interaction with people Strong attention to details and numbers Must be able to multi-tasking in a fast pace, high volume, environment Able to work in a highly collaborative environment with independence Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate based on needs of VIP chauffeur driver Excellent analytical, problem solving, and time-management skills Demonstrated experience/maturity to handle confidential and sensitive information Possess a positive, service-oriented attitude with excellent follow through on issues Foresees potential challenges and comes prepared with solutions to solve variety of problems
