Description:

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
This role is an 8 month contract that will support the Rebel Sales Team through the analysis and visibility of Seasonal and Financial Forecasting, Demand Planning, Key Account performance (Sell Through Data Analysis), and ad-hoc Customer reporting all aimed to drive sell out and growth for the Rebel channel and broader adidas business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Seasonal & Financial Forecasting
  • Data Analytics (inclusive of Sell Through Data Analysis)
  • Orderbook Management support to the sales team
  • Identify opportunities and risks in the business in-season against plan and provides actionable recommendations to improve results.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to provide detailed overview of business performance by category
  • GTM (Go-to-Market) Co-ordination for Forecasting & Customer Financial reporting
  • Ad-Hoc Channel and Customer focussed reporting aspects
  • Non-Inventory Purchase Order Placement.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills essential, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. SAP and BI (Business Intelligence) experience desirable.
  • Strong understanding of Retail Math and the ability to interpret sell through data to recommend changes that positively impact the business.
  • Experience and understanding of developing consumer, retail and competitor trends.
  • Prioritization skills and the ability to be detail oriented and accomplish assignments simultaneously under tight timelines.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, sales representatives, peers and customers.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to develop long lasting relationships with internal/external stakeholders
  • Ability to contribute to a Team Environment and High-Performance Culture.

Key Relationships:

  • Internal: Director Key Accounts, Manager Key Accounts, Key Account Managers, Planning Team, Supply Chain, Sales Operations, Finance, Customer Service Team, Marketing Operations., Category
  • External: Merch & Planning Teams at Rebel

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance or Accounting or similar Field preferred, but not essential.
