Summary of Role: This position is responsible for entering/auditing Freight Billing data into the RXO systems and resolving issues with freight invoices to ensure prompt payment. Review and resolve Billing/Auditing Errors keeping Past Due and Business SLA’s within TAT. Roles & Responsibilities: Audit invoices with the help of the documents/contracts & provide necessary updates. Work on manifest or bulk upload of invoices for the Spreadsheet Upload Process. Reviewing the Freight bills thoroughly & approving it for payment. Able to identify waste while managing exceptions and share feedback ahead. Follow, Apply and Improve SWI’s and process documents. Ensure efficient, accurate, timely and thorough completion of daily, weekly, and monthly deliverables across workflows handled. Technical / Functional Skills: Broad range of network and desktop knowledge, including experience with Microsoft Office programs and various RXO operating systems desired. Basic knowledge of office practices, procedures, and equipment. Good spelling, punctuation, and English grammar skills. Ability to communicate effectively and sensitively both orally and in writing. Hands-on experience on Freight Billing Process is a plus. Be a Team player. General Skills: Bachelor’s degree required. 3-4 Years of experience, Logistics/Transportation & Finance process is preferred Basic level of MS office like Excel, Word, Power Point etc. is preferred Does this sound like you?
