JD/SKILLS:

• Strong experience in Automation and Tools (ITRS, AppDynamics, Splunk).
• Shell Scripting, Python, CICD process and tools (TeamCity, Ansible, uDeploy, Bitbucket, etc.,), Linux.
• Experience with ITRS configuration, AppDynamics installation and configuration and Splunk usage.

• Candidate should have exp in – Automation and Tech Tools support.
• Resource is expected to review the automation scope across the project supported apps by brainstorming with the support teams and implement the automation solution using QUALITY standard.
• Under Tech Tools space, the resource will be working on setting up and supporting ITRS monitoring, AppDynamics, Splunk and DB Webtool for all PROJECT support apps.
• ITRS Horizontal and Vertical Dashboards should be setup for all in-scope flows and applications under TEM support.
• Good Design knowledge, experience in Object Oriented Design Principles.
• Good Hands-on experience in scripting languages - Python, shell script etc.
• Proactively participate in design and review activities.
• Engage with key stake holders, internal and external, to understand user requirements.
• Work with other development team members to implement designed solutions.
• Take ownership and accountability for the deliverables in all phases of the development lifecycle.
• Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Team player, self-motivated, very resourceful/requiring minimal direction, and able to work effectively either independently or be highly-collaborative with peers.
