Your Role Are you a systems-savvy procurement professional with deep SAP Ariba expertise? As a Specialist in Asset Management & Procurement Systems, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our procurement platforms, with a focus on SAP Ariba Source2Contract and Procure2Pay. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the design, configuration, and continuous improvement of SAP Ariba modules including Sourcing, Contracts, P2P, Invoicing, and Supplier Enablement. You’ll manage procurement templates, catalogues, forms, and dashboards to support operational excellence, while also overseeing supplier enablement and Ariba Network trading relationships. Day-to-day, you’ll assist with managing our team inbox, respond to procurement system queries, and act as a second-line support contact. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to capture requirements, test enhancements, and deliver system updates that align with business needs. With a strong focus on innovation, you’ll lead initiatives that improve system performance and user experience, while maintaining governance frameworks, access controls, and change management processes. This is a 12-month max-term contract, and we welcome applicants from Gadigal Country (Sydney), Naarm (Melbourne), and Brisbane (Meanjin). Please note – full time, part time, and job-sharing arrangements will be considered. About You Proven experience with SAP Ariba across the full Source-to-Contract and Procure-to-Pay lifecycle. Strong technical skills in platform configuration, integration (including APIs), and data extraction (e.g., SAP ECC6). A proactive, self-driven mindset with the ability to lead initiatives and work independently. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
