Job Description Key Responsibilities: Source, identify, and engage qualified IT professionals across the UK using multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, networking events, etc.). Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle — from requirement gathering and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical technology roles (e.g., software engineers, solution architects, DevOps engineers, cloud specialists, etc.). Conduct initial candidate screening to assess technical and cultural fit. Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, define candidate personas, and create effective sourcing strategies. Stay updated on UK recruitment trends, market intelligence, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment reports in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System). Preferred: Prior experience recruiting for contract IT positions in the UK. Familiarity with UK compliance and hiring practices. Experience using modern ATS platforms and recruitment automation tools. Total Experience Expected: 05-08 years Qualifications Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. 3–6 years of proven experience in IT recruitment, specifically for roles based in the UK region. Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and recruitment tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search. Excellent understanding of technical job roles, skills, and market landscape in the UK. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet hiring targets. Experience working with global teams or clients is a plus.
