.Job Purpose Responsible for processing, and archiving all authority-related communications and access across governmental, banking, and corporate platforms. To ensure all delegated authorities—whether related to employees, government portals, or banking systems—are properly created, documented, approved, and executed in a compliant and organized manner.Key Accountability Areas Governmental Authority Letters: Draft, validate, and process official letters to governmental bodies granting or updating authority for employees or organizational representatives. Coordinate with HR, Legal, and Business Units to verify the accuracy of authority details before issuance. Ensure all letters meet internal standards and comply with external government requirements. Governmental Portal Authorities: Handle end-to-end workflows related to authority on government platforms (e.g., Absher, Balady, Qiwa, Ministry portals). Work closely with system owners to gather requirements, prepare documentation, obtain approvals, and ensure proper execution of requests. Monitor request status and resolve delays or escalations with respective government entities. Banking Authorities: Prepare and process letters and documentation related to banking authorities for both physical and digital (e-banking) channels. Coordinate with internal finance and treasury teams to manage user access and role assignments on banking platforms (e.g., HSBCnet, SNB, or other corporate banking systems). Track and update banking authorizations in line with organizational changes. Archiving and Records Management: Maintain a well-organized digital and physical archive of all governmental and banking authority letters. Ensure records are properly classified, secured, and easily retrievable for audit, legal, or operational needs. Maintain a registry or tracking log of all active, expired, and revoked authorities. Role Accountability HR Proficiency: Ability to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job. Delivery: Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules. Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time. Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks. Problem-Solving: Solve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues. Quality: Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities. Business Process Improvements: Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible. Compliance: Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions. Health, Safety, and Environment: Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
