We’re looking for an experienced Events Specialist to join the Brand Experience & Activation team. This individual will create, drive, and execute activations and events that excites, engages and connects with Prudential’s consumers, distribution partners and employees.
Job Profile Summary:
We’re looking for an experienced Events Specialist to join the Brand Experience & Activation team. It is part of the Marketing & Events department. You will create, drive and execute activations and events that excites, engages and connects with Prudential’s consumers, distribution partners and employees.
This role is based in Singapore, with possible travel for events as required.

Job Description:

  • Create, drive and execute activations and events that excites, engages and connects with Prudential’s consumers, distribution partners and employees
  • Collaborate with the Marketing functions to deliver collective brand and business priorities
  • Plan and manage brand sponsorship and activations with stakeholders across the organisation
  • Project Administration and Management: From developing activation plans and timelines, management of agency and vendors and creative development
  • Plan and execute a myriad of in-person and online activations ranging in scale and types
  • Collaborate and communicate with internal stakeholders and team members, and external stakeholders
  • Conduct pre and post event evaluations and report on outcomes; take initiatives to implement improvement plans.
  • Budget management
  • Onsite execution and delivery of event
  • Any other ad hoc duties.

  • An individual who is passionate about creating exciting experiences and events
  • Someone who is a good communicator: One who can influence and foster deep relationships across the business and with partners
  • Thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, and comfortable working independently as well as with a team
  • Comfortable in managing multiple projects concurrently
  • A self-starter who is responsible, exhibits good judgement, and is creative, nimble, and courageous
  • Ability to travel overseas when required
  • Experience in other creative, communication and marketing fields is a plus

Working Experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in event management, marketing, sponsorship, content creation or communication

Education

  • Diploma/ Degree in any discipline
