ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Specialist Business Adoption, you will play a hands-on role in enabling the successful integration of digital tools and new ways of working across the business. Working closely with the Manager Business Adoption and cross-functional teams, you’ll help shape and deliver change strategies that support frontline adoption, build capability, and ensure sustainable outcomes.
You’ll be part of a team that bridges the gap between digital innovation and operational reality—ensuring that transformation is not only implemented but embraced.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with cross functional teams to define and deliver adoption strategies for digital initiatives.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis to identify adoption champions, barriers, and support structures.
• Design and implement change plans that drive engagement, readiness, and usage.
• Support training and capability-building activities to embed new ways of working.
• Track adoption metrics and gather feedback to inform continuous improvement.
• Identify operational elements that impact adoption and address risks to sustainability.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align efforts and ensure success.
