.Job Purpose Support the planning, coordination, monitoring, and reporting of strategic initiatives and projects by maintaining planning frameworks, tracking performance, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and providing timely insights to support effective decision-making and achievement of organizational objectives.Key Accountability Areas Business Planning Methodology & Tools: Support the development and enhancement of business planning methodologies, tools, templates, and processes, incorporating local business requirements where applicable. Maintain planning documentation, templates, and reporting tools to ensure consistency and adherence to organizational standards. Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning frameworks and practices through analysis and stakeholder feedback. Business Planning Execution & Coordination: Support the review of project schedules, business plans, and related documentation to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and requirements. Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules, tracking key milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and timelines. Monitor progress against approved plans and identify potential risks, issues, or deviations, escalating concerns to management as required. Coordinate with stakeholders to support the timely resolution of planning and execution issues. Track and report on action items, ensuring follow-up and closure within agreed timelines. Facilitate effective communication and information flow among internal and external stakeholders to support successful project delivery. Governance, Reporting & Performance Monitoring: Support governance activities by preparing reports, presentations, meeting materials, and status updates for management and stakeholders. Consolidate project and business performance data from multiple sources to provide accurate and timely reporting. Monitor compliance with established planning processes, governance requirements, and organizational standards. Maintain project and business planning records, ensuring documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date. Analyze performance metrics and trends to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives. Role Accountability HR Proficiency: Ability to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job. Delivery: Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules. Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time. Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks. Problem-Solving: Solve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues. Quality: Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities. Business Process Improvements: Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible. Compliance: Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions. Health, Safety, and Environment: Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
