This role is essential for delivering high-quality anesthesia care to patients undergoing cardiac surgical procedures. As a Specialist in Cardiac Anesthesia, your primary responsibilities will include conducting thorough pre-anesthetic evaluations, administering anesthesia during various cardiac surgeries, and ensuring patient stability and safety throughout each procedure. You'll have the opportunity to work with advanced technology and collaborate with a dynamic healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of cardiac physiology, personalized anesthesia protocol development, and the ability to manage diverse patient needs in a high-pressure surgical environment. Requirements: Medical degree with a specialization in Anesthesiology Board certification in Cardiac Anesthesia preferred A minimum of 5 years of experience specifically in cardiac anesthesia within a clinical setting Strong understanding of cardiac physiology and pharmacology related to anesthesia Proficiency in monitoring techniques during cardiac surgery Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit to work effectively with the surgical team Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure Commitment to patient safety and continuous professional development in anesthesia practices • Diverse professional opportunities covering a wide variety of cases including General Surgery, Trauma, Endo, Ortho, OB, GYN, Neuro, Spine, Cardiac, Vascular, Robotics, etc. Good salary packages plus other standard benefits like accommodation, annual air tickets, family benefits, medical insurance, etc.
