This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art medical environment dedicated to delivering exceptional cardiac care to a diverse patient population. Responsibilities: Perform advanced cardiac surgeries including coronary artery bypass grafting, valve repair and replacement, and other complex procedures. Conduct patient assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans. Collaborate closely with cardiologists, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Manage preoperative and postoperative patient care, monitoring recovery and addressing any complications. Adhere to the highest clinical standards and safety protocols in all surgical procedures. Contribute to the ongoing improvement of surgical techniques and patient care pathways. Participate in teaching, mentoring, and professional development activities within the facility. Requirements: Board certification or equivalent qualification in Cardiac Surgery. Proven experience working in a private healthcare facility or tertiary hospital setting. Demonstrated expertise in a wide range of cardiac surgical procedures. Excellent clinical judgment, decision-making skills, and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Commitment to maintaining up-to-date knowledge of advancements in cardiac surgery. Ability to manage complex cases and work efficiently in a high-acuity environment.
