Detailed Responsibilities Ensuring efficient, error free processing/authorization of transactions with strict compliance to policies, SOP and within the agreed SLAs. To minimize operations risks for the Bank by ensuring that all transactions that are processed/ authorized comply fully with underlying customer or internal instructions Involvement and participation in various UAT activities Review and update SOPs on periodic basis Handling loan related queries raised by internal stakeholders Ensure loan related entries from NOSTRO accounts are cleared In timely manner Performing internal account reconciliations and follow-ups on outstanding/pending dues Ensuring conformance to internal procedures / policies / guidelines and local and international norms and regulations as applicable To be responsible as primary custodian of security items & customer records To participate actively in the various initiatives within section / unit / department/division/group and the Bank as and when required.
