Job Description Position Overview We are hiring for the position of Specialist – CDE / Design Coordination / PM Tools / Digital Twins (Digital Initiatives) for multiple upcoming projects across Pan India. This role involves implementing and managing digital platforms to enhance collaboration, data integration, and efficient delivery of large infrastructure and aviation projects. Key Responsibilities • Implement and manage Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms for document and data management. • Lead design coordination across multidisciplinary teams using BIM and digital collaboration tools. • Support deployment and administration of Project Management (PM) tools for schedule, cost, and reporting. • Develop and support Digital Twin solutions across design, construction, and operations phases. • Ensure compliance with digital delivery standards, BIM execution plans, and project protocols. • Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure effective digital adoption. • Integrate data between BIM models, PM tools, and dashboards. • Monitor digital performance and support continuous improvement initiatives. • Prepare and maintain digital documentation, reports, and dashboards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in airside design and construction. Strong working knowledge of CDE platforms, BIM workflows, and PM tools. Additional Information Experience in aviation or large infrastructure projects. Exposure to ISO 19650 standards and BIM governance. Knowledge of Digital Twin concepts and lifecycle data management.
