Job Summary/responsibilities: Responsible for Retail or Package Product claims processing by determining the validity of claims, identifying the needs for further investigation, and following claims through settlement in accordance to claims processing guidelines to achieve proclivities and service commitment Review Retail or Package Product claims cases to determine validity and verification of coverage within own assigned authority; identify the need for further investigation and subsequent settle claims by acceptance or denial payment in accordance to claims processing guidelines contract provision to ensure accuracy of claims settlement Prepare over authority claims cases to superior for review and approval Review pending cases and contact the medical providers and concerned parties to obtain information necessary to properly act upon claims processing adeemed appropriate. Work on paperless to ensure efficiency and completeness of claim process according to the company’s policy and targets Acquire and improve own knowledge and skills from both internal and external sources to ensure your own work’s quality and continuous improvement Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any field At least 2 years’ experience in claim operation/management from general insurance company Experience in using claims/CRM systems Experience in data collection, evaluation, and interpretation Knowledge of Claims Auditing Software (e.g. Oracle Insurance Claims, Xactimate, Claim Centre etc.) Knowledge of collaborative project management tools (e.g. Trello, JIRA, Asana etc.) Knowledge of MS Office products (especially MS Excel) Knowledge of data analytics software for insurance (e.g. Quan template, Reliable Software) Experience in data analysis and visualization as well as interpreting KPIs (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau) Experience with cloud-based tools (e.g. Microsoft Azure, AWS) Knowledge of machine learning and robotic process automation (RPA) technologies Any AI-future skills e.g., ChatGPT, or CoPilot365, will be advantage.
