Description

Responsibilities

Perform specialist cleaning tasks such as:
Internal and external window cleaning (traditional and water-fed pole systems)
Pressure washing of building exteriors, pavements, and hard surfaces
High-level cleaning using MEWPs, scaffold towers, or rope access (where qualified)
Deep cleaning, floor care, and post-construction cleaning
Follow all health & safety procedures, including risk assessments and method statements
Use cleaning equipment and PPE correctly and safely
Maintain cleanliness and care of tools and equipment
Report any issues, incidents, or maintenance needs to the supervisor
Work flexibly across different sites and shifts, including early mornings, weekends, or overnight wor
