We're seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Client Operations Representative to join our team. This role is located in Luxembourg. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Support client relationship management - ensure that internal and external clients are delivered an accurate, timely and quality service during all aspects of the processes for which BNY is appointed as Agent. The candidate will be expected conducting its activities in accordance with the Firm's and Business's policies and procedures, constantly ensuring that risks are being identified and actively managed and ensure that management is made aware of such. Operational support to the Milan client service team by processing payments on behalf of clients issuing debt in the Italian debt market. The work includes the distribution of interest and redemption due to investors, the payment of fees to third party service providers and tax credits due to the Italian government Onboarding of new deals. Creation and maintenance of noteholder registers. Assist the team in daily tasks. Independently addresses client inquiries via phone, email, and other channels regarding company products, services, and procedures. Provides technical support for escalated issues and responds to client questions about product features. Investigates and resolves moderately complex operational or client-related issues, escalating unresolved matters following established procedures. Assists in communicating status updates on problem resolution and outstanding issues to relevant teams. Contributes ideas to enhance team efficiency and supports process improvements. Provides mentorship and guidance to less experienced colleagues. Ensures the quality and timely completion of own work. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: 1-2 year(s) experience in banking industry Knowledge of Corporate Trust roles is an advantage Fluent English & French written and oral and Basics in Italian is an advantage Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan proactively, anticipate future needs, and maintain excellent attention to detail under pressure. Demonstrates a positive, professional work attitude and consistently upholds integrity and personal accountability. Treats all colleagues, both internal and external, with respect and actively fosters a collaborative team environment. Exhibits a proactive, client-focused mindset with flexibility and a practical, hands-on approach, excelling in delivering outstanding client service.
